I show up in session as my real and authentic self and value creating a space where clients feel comfortable doing the same. I work with children as young as six, teenagers, adults, and older adults, with a specialization in teens and adults. I support individuals navigating mood related challenges such as anxiety and depression, major life transitions and stressors, trauma, and thought related or psychotic disorders. My professional experience includes work within child welfare systems, specialized mental health rehabilitation, nursing home settings, and private practice, which has strengthened my understanding of how different systems and environments impact mental health and overall well being.
