Walking alongside individuals who are navigating life’s challenges, healing, and personal growth is my passion. My approach is gentle, respectful, and rooted in collaboration—believing that you are the expert in your own story, and that meaningful change unfolds through trust, honesty, and shared effort.
My background includes experience in both individual and group counseling, with an emphasis on addiction recovery. I pursued my Masters in Social work and a certification in addictions counseling. Specializing in adolescents and adults, I strive to help each person to find and focus on their strengths and potential. Together, we’ll create an intentional, interactive plan for your growth—one step at a time, in a way that reflects your values and goals. I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches and have a particular passion for supporting people in improving communication in their relationships—whether within families, friendships, or the workplace—drawing from both clinical tools and previous professional experience.
My own Christian faith shapes the way I show up—with compassion, humility, and a deep belief in redemption—but I welcome and honor people of all backgrounds and beliefs. I believe in creating a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported—just as you are. I find purpose in helping others discover beauty in the ashes and see creativity as a powerful part of the healing process. Whether through new ways of thinking, relating, or expressing yourself, I believe creativity opens the door to possibility and hope.
