Healing starts with feeling safe, seen, and connected. As a trauma-informed therapist, I strive to create a space where you can truly exhale—a place where your story matters, your emotions are welcomed, and your nervous system can begin to rest.
Therapy isn’t about “fixing” what”s wrong—it”s about exploring with curiosity to understand what happened, how it shaped you, and how you can move forward with greater compassion and clarity. Having experienced the profound effects of healing through therapy myself, I have deep respect for the courage it takes to begin this process and the transformation that can follow.
I work with children, teens, adults, and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem challenges, relationship issues, and complex trauma. For children ages 5–12, I offer Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), providing a non-judgemental, developmentally appropriate space for them to explore experiences through play, build emotional vocabulary, strengthen self-esteem, develop self-regulation, and foster responsibility. For teens and adults, I use Brainspotting, a brain-body-based therapy that helps process trauma and emotional pain, often experienced as sensations in the body. For couples, I incorporate Relational Life Therapy (RLT) to promote empathy, accountability, and healthier connection.
My background includes work in community-based settings supporting children, foster families, at-risk teens, adults, and individuals from diverse cultural, racial, and gender identities. I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Trinity International University. I am certified as a Brainspotting Clinician and a Play Therapy Professional.
