I believe wholeheartedly that EVERYONE can benefit from therapy! There is something truly incredible that happens when a person surrenders themselves to the process of self-discovery, self-awareness and self-improvement. As human beings we are all on a journey to become better versions of ourselves, and I feel privileged to be a part of that journey with my clients!
Choosing to pursue counseling is a brave and oftentimes nerve wracking experience. I make it my goal to put my clients at ease and work with them to create a comfortable and safe place where they can feel free to be their most authentic selves. I will take the time to really get to know each individual and together we will formulate a plan to uniquely address their therapeutic goals. I have dedicated much of my career to pursuing a wide array of trainings so that I am well equipped to meet my clients where they are and to have the tools to best serve their needs.
The beauty of therapy is that it can be what you need it to be. The experience is unique to each individual. Therapy can be challenging, raw and vulnerable, but it can also be inspiring, uplifting and downright fun! I believe in a holistic approach honoring the mind body connection to empower lasting change. It is through a genuine therapeutic connection, combined with solid clinical skills, that I am able to help my clients achieve the lasting change they crave.
Since I began in the mental health field in 2007 I have had the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families in a variety of capacities including clinical therapy, group counseling, in-home support services, child welfare reunification, child partial hospitalization and school social work. This has provided me with a unique understanding of the many different environments that people are asked to thrive in on a daily basis. It is never too early or too late to grow, heal, and change. I truly believe that everyone has the power within them to defeat barriers, break negative patterns, and live the life they want to live!

Erin Paul has been an invaluable asset to our family. She has helped my son through many challenges, and has been supportive to our family as we work through challenging times. She has made herself available as situations arise where we need guidance and advice. Erin is the perfect mixture of professionalism and a person who is down to earth, making her someone that you don’t just need to talk to, but that you want to talk to. She isn’t afraid of a challenge and works with families to provide the best possible care and support. I highly recommend her as a therapist, and we continue to appreciate all that she does and the care that she provides.
